What is buncombe cba/abate?

Buncombe CBA/ABATE Is the Buncombe County chapter of Concerned Bikers Association/ABATE of North Carolina.  CBA/ABATE is a state motorcycle rights organization fighting against unfair legislation while improving the biker public image and fostering brotherhood and sisterhood among all motorcyclists. For more information about our state organization, visit the NC CBA/ABATE website by clicking HERE.

"I never saw the motorcycle"

Our Motorcycle Safety and Awareness Program (MSAP)  goes to high school drivers ed classes and teaches new drivers how to watch out for motorcyclists. The most often heard remark after a car/motorcycle collision is "I didn't see the motorcycle". We are working to change that and be seen by all drivers. In addition to drivers ed classes, our presentation can be given to civic groups, employees, or church groups free of charge.

How can you help? We need more instructors! We'll train you and provide you with the materials. You do not have to be a CBA member to be an MSAP instructor. The life you save may be your own. Contact Steve Ensley for more information bccbamsap@gmail.com
